Quercetin is a better prevention than vit c, it is one of the medicine studied in Wuhan now. It is natural and has minimal side effect. You can eat A LOT of red onions, apples, blue berries, cranberries, pepper, broccolis instead if not from supplement. Vit C lowers mortality in serious sepsis but it has no prevention.
My take on is: these microgreens’ vitamins definitely will help me on immune system to fight the virus off when we don’t have other remedies at this moment.
