When I was just following what was available and the popular ways from advertisements, plus good exercises, I was still on high risk of diabetes type 2. We need to have some knowledge to distinguish what foods we should choose. Now as I found radish and broccoli Microgreens are my medicine foods, I don’t have that risk anymore.
