Sulforaphane (SFN), a member of the isothiocya-nate family, is a highly potent inducer of phase II enzymes. It is abundantly present in cruciferous vegetables, such as broccoli, cauliflower, and radishes. SFN has anti-arthritic and immune regulatory effects.
